NoteShare is not...
e-mail, instant messaging, or a bulletin board. Instead, NoteShare is a culmination of all three into one electronic tool, keeping vital patient communications accessible. It is a centralization of all spirals, legal pads, binders and "sticky notes", eliminating them from the desk top.

No longer will the DON or Administrator have to move from desk to desk searching through different pads, spirals, or binders for information. No longer will they have to decipher the quick and dirty shorthand or sometimes illegible hand writing in searching for critical information, while leaving a physician or nurse on hold.

Currently NoteShare will run as a stand alone application or it will interface with PATRON from Lewis Computer services.

The NoteShare application only reads information from the associated patient management application and cannot change or update associated database. NoteShare maintains a separate database for all communications records. We are currently working on interfacing with other patient management applications for the near future.
